At Capital C, we don’t do “ordinary.” We do epic brainstorms in domes, art-filled boardrooms, and events that leave a mark (and sometimes glitter)—but pulling off creative chaos with surgical precision? That takes more than great ideas—it takes great partners.
Enter Creative Technology. The AV magicians. The pixel pushers. The team that can make a LED wall cry (in a good way). Together, we’re not just running events—we’re staging experiences. And when you mix their tech-savvy brilliance with our all-in creative energy? Sparks fly. (Looking at you, summer party lightshow.)
This is the story of how Wanita, our Head of Events, and Ronald, CT’s on-site project mastermind, turned coordination into collaboration. Let’s dive into the beautiful chaos of their day-to-day, with a peek behind the scenes of this powerhouse duo that makes all events at Capital C run smoothly.
The Vibe: One Team, No Borders
Forget “different departments.” These two practically share a brain (and definitely share a workspace).
Ronald: “I work with you more than with my own colleagues from Creative Technology.”
Wanita: “It feels like one team. Not Capital C versus CT. Just: us.”
It’s not just proximity—it’s trust. From former employers to daily hallway huddles, the relationship’s got history and chemistry.
Ronald: “You really need each other.”
Wanita: “It’s intense, dynamic… and yeah, we call each other a lot.”
Also, yes: the “short lines of communication” are literal. They sit five steps from each other. No Slack channel needed.
The Game Plan: From Contract to Confetti
When a client signs, Wanita and Ronald already have their sleeves rolled up. First up? The walkthrough.
Wanita: “We align the info and do a site visit.”
Ronald: “You have to inform each other properly—you’re a team. Complementing each other from your own expertise.”
She brings structure, he brings visuals. Or in their own words:
Wanita: “I think in structure.”
Ronald: “I think in images.”
It’s not always instant alignment, but there’s mutual respect and zero ego. That’s the sweet spot.
Wanita: “We keep each other sharp.”
Ronald: “It’s like starting a new job—awkward at first, but then it just clicks.”

Creative Ping-Pong, Anyone?
Do they push each other creatively? Constantly. Have they surprised each other? Absolutely. And when things don’t go to plan?
Cue the DJ booth incident. (RIP correct dimensions.)
Wanita: “We had it a bit differently in mind…”
Ronald: “But we talked about it. And that’s the beauty of it.”
No drama. Just quick thinking, cooler heads, and fast fixes. Because at the end of the day: Everyone needs to be happy.”
Lights, Magic, and Maybe a Glitch
Some moments live rent-free in their heads. Like that summer party—with the lightshow and the wow.
Wanita: “The summer party was really cool.”
Ronald: “Using an AI voice to personalise the High Light was a really cool move.”
Wanita: “It really gave the High Light an identity, it’s giving me goosebumps talking about it again.”
But it’s not just the big moments. Sometimes, it’s that first big production, or a day where they broke routine to try something new—and nailed it.
Wanita: “That first big production we did together? Iconic.”
Ronald: “Dankner Pro was amazing. We did things differently. And it worked.”
Three words to sum up their collab?
Trust. Dynamic. One company.
(Also: coffee, chaos, creativity—but who’s counting?)
Working together isn’t just a necessity. It’s the magic sauce that turns technical challenges into unforgettable experiences—and events into something more.
Because when Wanita and Ronald are in sync, it’s not just an event.
It’s a Capital C production.
